Jackie’s photographs and films are influenced by years of creative work and a deep connection to movement and the outdoors. Jackie’s visuals, specializing in portraiture, are able to blend editorial, fine art, and commercial imagery into work that recognizes underlying emotional truths. Freedom, resilience, and authenticity are core principles that motivate her perspective. Jackie has a unique talent of connecting with the clients and models she works with, and the safety and ease of interaction is apparent in the images. Paradoxically strong and soft female characters, isolated urban and natural environments, and the American West are recurring themes within the body of her work - not as mythology, but as representations that continue to ask questions about identity, meaning, and possibility.
